Full Stack Engineer – Onsite in Cagayan De Oro

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Cagayan De Oro. You will work on end‑to‑end web applications, delivering both front‑end and back‑end solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive web applications across the full technology stack.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with modern user interfaces.
• Develop and manage relational or NoSQL databases to support application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and performance monitoring to ensure reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and a modern front‑end framework (React, Angular or Vue.js).
• Hands‑on experience with backend languages such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python or PHP.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git‑based workflows.
