About the role
The Fiscal Compliance Associate is responsible for preparing financial data and reports to ensure the organization meets all relevant government and regulatory requirements. This role supports the finance team by maintaining accurate compliance documentation and assisting with audit preparations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate financial reports for regulatory compliance.
- Monitor changes in fiscal regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation of audit materials and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and filings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity.
Required profile
- Graduate of Accountancy or any business‑related course.
- At least one (1) year of work‑related experience in financial reporting compliance.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Makati.
