Field Collections Officer – Angeles, Pampanga

About the role

The Field Collections Officer will travel across Angeles and surrounding areas, as part of a broader Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao field collection team, to visit clients’ residences or businesses and recover overdue payments. You will negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely settlements while maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients’ residences or businesses to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who are behind on their bills.
• Maintain follow‑up with clients to ensure payment deadlines are met.
• Document every visit and interaction, keeping information accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the legal team when legal action is required for unresolved cases.

Required profile

• Experience in debt collection or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or field‑based positions is an asset.
• Knowledge of financial or debt recovery processes is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients professionally, empathetically, and persuasively.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate settlements with resistant clients.
