About the role

The Facilities & IE Section Head leads the overall management of facility operations, maintenance, utilities, and workplace safety while driving industrial engineering initiatives that boost efficiency and reduce costs. This senior position reports to senior management and is accountable for delivering operational targets and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations, including building maintenance, utilities management, and safety programs.
• Lead industrial engineering projects aimed at improving productivity, process flow, and cost performance.
• Develop and manage continuous‑improvement programs across the site.
• Plan, execute, and monitor facility‑related capital and maintenance projects.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align engineering initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management and industrial engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, maintenance best practices, and utility systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
