Facilities and Utilities Supervisor

About the role

Rebisco is looking for a Facilities and Utilities Supervisor to lead the operation, maintenance, and repair of its plant’s physical infrastructure and utility systems. This onsite role will ensure reliable performance of electrical, lighting, plumbing, boiler, compressor, generator, and waste‑management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for all building and utility systems.
• Develop and implement preventive‑maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for equipment failures.
• Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams for major repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and compliance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant facilities or utilities experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and utility operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to be based in Caloocan.
