Revit Architect – Wood-Frame Structural Design (Remote)

About the role

BizForce is looking for a licensed Revit Architect with deep expertise in wood‑frame structural design to lead the creation of complete drawing packages for U.S. residential and mixed‑use projects. This fully remote position offers autonomy and the chance to work closely with structural engineers, project managers, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural models and construction documents using Revit.
• Produce full drawing packages independently for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate architectural plans with structural, MEP, and consultant drawings.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details that comply with U.S. codes and zoning.
• Incorporate wood‑frame design principles into all documentation.
• Review and resolve design conflicts, RFIs, and coordination issues.
• Perform quality checks on drawings and models before submission.
• Support project teams throughout design development and construction documentation phases.

Required profile

• Licensed architect with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to produce complete construction drawing packages independently.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and construction standards.
• Experience on wood‑frame construction projects.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
