Facebook Ads Strategist

About the role

Busy Mama Cleaning Services is looking for a proactive Facebook Ads Strategist to design, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns that drive leads and conversions for its residential and commercial cleaning services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage end‑to‑end Facebook ad campaigns, from audience research to creative briefing and live optimisation.
• Develop full‑funnel strategies covering awareness, lead generation, retargeting and conversion phases.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team or produce visuals and video assets.
• Set up, monitor and continuously optimise campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation and data‑driven decisions.
• Manage monthly ad budgets, ensuring cost‑per‑lead and cost‑per‑acquisition targets are met or exceeded.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes, platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience running Facebook paid campaigns, preferably for local service businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to manage monthly ad budgets with measurable ROAS.
• Portfolio or case studies showing reach, leads, conversions and cost‑per‑result.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite proficiency (Ads Manager, Business Manager, Conversions API).
• Advanced knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation and data analysis.
• Budget management and performance optimisation.
• Basic design skills using Canva, CapCut or similar tools (nice to have).
