Digital Marketing Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of an Australian fintech platform. The role is fully remote, based in the Philippines, and operates on an independent contractor basis with flexibility around Australian business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise two to three WordPress/Vercel websites, performing technical SEO audits and on‑page optimisation.
• Develop and execute backlink and outreach strategies, including guest posting.
• Monitor site health, rankings and traffic using Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools.
• Integrate chatbots and other engagement technologies to improve visitor interaction.
• Create SEO‑optimised blog articles, LinkedIn posts and email/CRM communications that align with the fintech sector.
• Maintain a content calendar that supports the overall SEO strategy.
• Design and run email campaigns targeting existing customers and former leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in website management and SEO, preferably with WordPress and Vercel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with founders and stakeholders.
• Comfortable aligning work hours with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM‑5 PM Mon‑Fri).
• Strong written communication skills to capture brand voice.
