Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As an ex‑MBB strategy consultant, you will design realistic consulting scenarios, break them into AI‑compatible tasks, and create evaluation rubrics that teach large language models how to reason like top consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Construct detailed project scenarios that reflect genuine consulting dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete, structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former strategy consultants to ensure authenticity and rigor of the training material.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• None specific technical tools required; onboarding to lightweight tools will be provided.

What we offer

• Remote, project‑based engagement with flexible hours.
• Opportunity to shape how next‑generation AI learns high‑level business reasoning.
• Collaboration with a growing community of elite former consultants.
