Distribution Network Optimization Lead

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a Distribution Network Optimization Lead to drive strategic improvements across its distribution network. The role focuses on balancing warehouse utilization, production and sales requirements, and transport cost efficiency to support the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic Distribution Network Optimization initiatives by analysing transport and warehouse costs to identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop network models and simulations to evaluate warehouse expansion, relocation, or consolidation options aligned with the overall logistics plan.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Capacity Planning teams to ensure alignment on warehouse space availability, requirements, and sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics and supply‑chain planning.
• Experience with warehouse and transport operations and project management.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
