As the Director, Product Merchant Lead for the Philippines, you will spearhead the rollout of Mastercard's Offers Network, a strategic initiative that drives targeted consumer engagement and measurable growth for partner merchants. This senior leadership position blends strategic planning, partnership management, and commercial negotiation to build a high‑quality merchant ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the merchant partnership strategy for the Philippine market.
• Onboard, manage, and scale a network of merchant partners participating in Mastercard offer programs.
• Lead commercial negotiations and develop growth plans that align with Mastercard’s AI‑powered and data‑enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with regional product teams, solution engineers, implementation specialists, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Monitor program performance, drive continuous improvement, and report on key metrics.
