Digital Leader, Water Utilities

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Leader to join our Water Utilities team in Manila. You will drive digital engineering initiatives, manage modelling and drafting resources, and ensure high‑quality project delivery for water infrastructure projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital engineering management and integrate digital platforms to improve project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate modelling and drafting teams, allocating resources efficiently.
• Verify and peer‑review modelling outputs to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Utilise digital design tools such as Plant 3D, Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD and Revit for design management.
• Support resource planning, scheduling, and mentoring of modelling staff.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across geographies on complex water utility projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Digital Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in digital engineering management.
• 3+ years experience coordinating modelling and drafting teams.
• Design experience on water utility projects, specifically network pipeline or treatment plant design.
• Proven responsibility for modelling resources, verification and peer review.
