Digital Brand Graphic Designer (Shopify, Email, Social)

About the role

PHIX is seeking a design‑led Digital Brand Designer to own and evolve its online visual language. The ideal candidate has a fashion‑aware eye, values proportion, restraint, and hierarchy, and can deliver premium digital experiences that feel curated rather than cluttered.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and protect the PHIX digital aesthetic across the Shopify store, email campaigns (Klaviyo), and social feeds.
• Build and refine digital design systems, including type scales, grids, modules, and spacing rules.
• Create campaign emails that resemble curated lookbooks and design premium landing pages.
• Define and enforce image consistency standards (crop rules, hierarchy, spacing).
• Quality‑assure every launch for visual polish, especially on mobile.
• Maintain organized Figma files and scalable creative libraries.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to translate creative direction into sharp execution.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated digital design for fashion or culturally‑led brands.
• Deep appreciation for typography, proportion, and clean structure.
• Confidence in making aesthetic decisions and ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Fluent written English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Design‑side experience with Shopify.
• Email design experience, preferably with Klaviyo.
