DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to shape and optimise an internal developer platform that enables teams to build, deploy and run applications efficiently and autonomously. You will be a key driver of developer productivity and platform reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.
• Enhance the developer experience by streamlining tools, documentation and access through a unified portal.
• Maintain golden‑path, self‑service workflows that enforce best practices.
• Act as an escalation point, leading troubleshooting, investigations and system administration.
• Drive documentation, reporting, data analysis and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with developers, SREs and platform teams to improve deployment velocity and reliability.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the internal developer platform.
• Lead engineering programs that elevate technical excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience supporting production environments on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, AuroraDB, CloudWatch).
• Proven expertise in Git, GitOps practices and CI/CD pipeline design (Jenkins, Spinnaker, FluxCD or similar).
• Experience working with development teams using Kotlin, Node.js, Python or Go.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
