About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑growing team. You will be the first point of contact for high‑value customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone (inbound and outbound), email, chat, Telegram, social media, and in‑app messaging.
- Provide personalized solutions, resolve problems promptly, and nurture long‑term customer relationships.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly performance targets set by your supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or any client‑facing role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog; Bisaya is a plus.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule and on‑site.
- Ability to pass a typing test (minimum 35 wpm) and a mock call assessment.
