About the role

The company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for its Retail Account team, based in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. The position is onsite and involves supporting retail‑focused customer interactions within a BPO environment.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Open to High School, Senior High School graduates or college undergraduates
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- At least 18 months of BPO experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
