About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Clerk to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records while delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Process orders, manage billing and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Manage returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
- Support team members in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
Required profile
- College graduate of any four‑year course.
- Proven experience in customer service or clerical roles (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime if needed.
- Problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using customer management software.
