About the role
Unilever is seeking a motivated Customer Development Executive to grow its assigned territory in Cavite. You will expand Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) reach by acquiring new accounts, introducing innovative products, and driving consistent growth with existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve business targets for the designated territory.
- Develop new accounts and introduce new UFS products.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts to prevent fall‑out.
- Meet go‑to‑market (GTM) targets and ensure overall productivity.
- Manage and coach distributor partners and their sales representatives.
- Implement local and national marketing plans, including innovations, activations, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with support functions to deliver services such as ideation sessions, masterclasses, cooking demos, and trend sharing.
Required profile
- Proven account management or sales experience in the food‑service industry.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
- Basic project‑management and business‑acumen skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for results.
- Ability to face challenges objectively and make sound business recommendations.
