Country Manager / Director – Shared Services (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head our Manila Shared Services Center, driving operational excellence and supporting global business objectives. The role reports to the Global Shared Services Leadership Team and will be based in Pasig City with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Manila Shared Services Center, overseeing HR, Finance, Facilities, Administration and Employee Engagement functions.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align service delivery with business priorities.
• Ensure service level targets, performance standards and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing leadership team, fostering an inclusive and performance‑driven culture.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and transformation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Manage resource planning, risk management and operational controls.
• Act as a trusted business partner, enhancing customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Shared Services, GBS, BPO or multinational environments.
• Minimum 5 years leading large‑scale Shared Services or GBS operations.
• Proven track record in operations management, business transformation and process improvement.
• Extensive experience working with senior global stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
