Country Lead, Philippines – Senior Vice President

About the role

State Street is seeking a senior executive to lead its Philippines operations. Based in Manila, the Country Lead will oversee a growing workforce and ensure delivery of critical services across asset servicing, asset management, technology, and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor service delivery across Operations, Technology and Corporate functions, meeting service level requirements.
• Design and refine operating models to improve productivity, resiliency and client outcomes.
• Partner with global business and function leaders to drive transformational change and optimize budgets.
• Establish risk and compliance frameworks aligned with Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Organize resources to enhance efficiency, resiliency and overall performance.
• Provide governance, management routines and strong leadership for the Manila workforce.
• Collaborate with Global Human Resources to attract, develop and retain a high‑performing, diverse team.
• Work with client service teams to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a large, multi‑functional organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a workforce of up to 2,500 employees.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations, risk, compliance and governance.
• Experience partnering with global stakeholders across the US, Europe, APAC and India.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and transformational initiatives.
