Clinical Auditor (MDS) – Remote Nursing Role

About the role

ISTA Solutions is seeking a qualified PHRN Clinical Auditor to work remotely, focusing on Minimum Data Set (MDS) quality measures. You will join a supportive team that values work‑life balance and continuous learning while helping improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and analyze quality measure performance and outcomes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to raise quality scores.
• Conduct audits, interpret data, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Support ongoing quality‑improvement initiatives and stay updated on industry regulations.

Required profile

• Current, valid PHRN license (USRN license is a plus).
• Minimum 6 months bedside/clinical experience.
• Residency within the Greater Manila Area.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent English communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
