Civil, Structural & Architectural Supervisor – Construction Site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil, Structural & Architectural Supervisor to join our site‑based team in Tarlac City, Philippines. You will oversee daily construction activities for a major industrial plant of a global beverage brand, ensuring quality, safety and compliance throughout the 12‑14 month project.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil, structural and architectural (CSA) works in assigned zones.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on site activities.
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, method statements and specifications.
• Coordinate closely with QA/QC and Safety teams.
• Report progress, issues and corrective actions to the Civil, Structural & Architectural Head and Construction Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising civil, structural and architectural works on industrial projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Tarlac City and manage a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, method statements and quality assurance processes.
