About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role is based at the Batangas (P. Gomez) branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive retail banking sales.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals and targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan records.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
- Support account acquisition and cross‑selling initiatives for YGC products.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (minimum four‑year program).
- Ability to work effectively in a sales and banking environment.
- Adaptability, leadership mindset, and strong strategic planning capabilities.
- Knowledge of risk‑management controls and banking policies.
- Working knowledge of credit evaluation and analysis.
