About the role

Rebisco is seeking a Brand Manager to lead marketing initiatives for its B2B segment within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio. The role will involve planning, executing and evaluating brand strategies to drive sales performance and explore new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and assess marketing activities for the B2B segment.
  • Plan and oversee marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Design research and development plans to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
  • Create brand and strategic plans that define market approach, commercial targets and priorities for institutional and industrial customers.
  • Co‑develop annual marketing programmes with Sales and category teams to ensure alignment with customer and channel requirements.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4‑6 years of progressive brand management experience in FMCG or a related B2B industry.
  • Background in business development, customer management and project management.
  • Intermediate expertise in marketing data analysis, market potential analysis, forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Experience in fieldwork implementation, brand planning, brand communication research, brand performance analysis and marketing communication.
  • Willingness to be based in Ortigas, Philippines.
