BIM Modeller – Structural Design (C&S)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeller specialized in the Structural (C&S) discipline to join our design team in Mandaluyong City. You will work under the guidance of a Design Engineer and BIM Job Captain, contributing to accurate construction documentation and model coordination across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM models for structural design using Autodesk Revit.
• Ensure construction documents reflect the latest BIM updates from all disciplines.
• Collaborate with other discipline leads to resolve design changes and modelling challenges.
• Follow the Project BIM Execution Plan and adhere to organisational BIM standards.
• Develop discipline‑specific BIM content where required.
• Produce drawing sets for professional review and participate in discipline reviews.
• Prepare models and content for BIM coordination meetings and export DWF or other formats for internal and external collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently while following established BIM workflows.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Experience using AutoCAD for drawing linkage and clean‑up.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks for design review and collaboration.
