BIM Modeler – UD2 C&S

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our UD2 C&S team in Mandaluyong City. The role involves creating and managing BIM models, supporting the Singapore C&S team, and delivering detailed drawings and quantity schedules. You will work in a collaborative environment that values talent, hard work, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models, including general arrangement plans and construction schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Create detailed drawings using CAD software.
• Generate quantity schedules from BIM models.
• Collaborate and coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams locally and overseas.
• Ensure accurate BIM modelling and coordination throughout project phases.

• Effective communication skills for coordination across local and overseas stakeholders.
