BIM Modeler – Architectural Design (UD2 AR)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to support township projects by establishing BIM strategies, managing 3D data, and delivering high‑quality architectural models. You will work closely with engineers and managers to ensure all deliverables meet regulatory and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define BIM implementation strategy, requirements, processes, and workflows for township projects.
• Plan, manage and maintain 3D BIM data to meet project deliverable standards.
• Prepare submission drawings for authority clearance and approval.
• Create architectural tender drawings in 2D and 3D using AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Optimize design and construction processes through BIM and VDC concepts, including clash detection.
• Collaborate with project teams to innovate and apply advanced tools for problem solving.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on BIM experience in the architectural discipline.
• Proven ability to produce working drawings using BIM.
• Proficiency with the latest Autodesk Revit or ArchiCAD, as well as 2D CAD tools.
• Leadership capability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulations is a plus.
