Back Office & Underwriting Operator

About the role

Join Home Credit Philippines as a Back Office & Underwriting Operator, supporting loan processing and ensuring contracts meet company and regulatory standards. You will work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment at the Vertis office in Quezon City.

Key responsibilities

• Manually register contracts and verify compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Review new and active contracts to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Conduct photo checks during the loan application process.
• Process manual deduplication of loan applications.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the underwriting team.

Required profile

• Strong written and oral communication skills in Tagalog and English.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and act assertively.
• Willingness to work onsite in Vertis, Quezon City on a 24/7 shifting schedule.
• At least a High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma qualification.
