Assembly Operator I

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly Operator I to join our manufacturing team. In this entry‑level position you will help run high‑speed, large‑scale automated assembly machines while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Support the safe operation of assigned automated assembly equipment.
• Follow standard protocols, blueprints, diagrams and schematics to set up and adjust machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and intervene to correct any issues.
• Provide technical assistance for quality‑control testing.
• Maintain documentation of equipment settings and production data.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry‑level, little or no prior work experience required.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
