Assembly Operator I

About the role
We are looking for an Assembly Operator I to join our manufacturing team. In this entry‑level position you will help run high‑speed, large‑scale automated assembly machines while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Support the safe operation of assigned automated assembly equipment.
- Follow standard protocols, blueprints, diagrams and schematics to set up and adjust machinery.
- Monitor machine performance and intervene to correct any issues.
- Provide technical assistance for quality‑control testing.
- Maintain documentation of equipment settings and production data.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Entry‑level, little or no prior work experience required.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
