Area Manager – Northern Mindanao & Zamboanga

About the role

The Area Manager will oversee the performance and operations of stores across Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive growth, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards across a large network of retail and F&B locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 80‑150 stores, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to SOPs.
• Resolve pending store maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate and monitor marketing initiatives to guarantee consistency across all locations.
• Ensure all store assignments comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Lead project planning, set objectives, track progress, and evaluate performance with the team.
• Prepare reports and presentations on incidents, missed sales targets, and loss analysis.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Forecast and plan future zonal and departmental needs.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 8 years of managerial experience in the F&B or retail industry.
• Strong drive to achieve company goals.

Required skills

• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, coaching, people‑management and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with accounting systems or similar platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
