Architect II – Advanced Process Manufacturing

About the role

Arcadis is seeking an Architect II to join its Advanced Process Manufacturing team. The role will support life‑sciences and semiconductor projects, working closely with senior technical leaders and BIM experts to deliver high‑quality designs from concept through contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare BIM models and develop working drawings primarily using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Create detailed technical content, coordinate with senior technical leads and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Collaborate with the GEC project architect team lead and multidisciplinary disciplines to manage project interfaces.
• Coordinate communication within the production team and review work against project standards.
• Adhere to Arcadis health, safety and behavioural frameworks while meeting budget, schedule and quality targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology, with registered/licensed status or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of architectural design experience; experience in life‑sciences or semiconductor projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with US and EU building codes preferred.
• Strong ability to contribute to digital initiatives and process automation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection (advantage).
