Analytics Developer

About the role

eFlexervices is seeking a senior Analytics Developer to design and own a multi‑source data architecture that powers data‑driven decisions across the organization. This independent contractor role will focus on building a scalable Snowflake warehouse, integrating SaaS data streams, and delivering trusted data assets for business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize robust data models (fact and dimension tables) in Snowflake to consolidate information from 8+ disparate sources.
• Write complex, high‑performance SQL transformations using CTEs, window functions, and advanced joins on large datasets.
• Lead integration of customer, revenue, and product usage data from systems such as Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Dialpad, and Heap.
• Manage Snowflake performance and cost, creating aggregation layers and optimizing slow queries.
• Develop governed intermediate tables and presentation layers to enable self‑service analytics.
• Model user behavior and adoption funnels to provide insights for product‑led growth and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor junior team members and influence data hiring strategy.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable data solutions in a fast‑moving environment.
