AI/ML Developer – Python & Large Language Models

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer to design and deliver intelligent, data‑driven solutions that support business decision‑making. The role focuses on building and deploying Python‑based models, especially Large Language Models, within scalable backend systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement low‑latency, high‑availability backend applications.
• Develop AI/ML frameworks that automate intelligent business processes.
• Integrate server‑side logic with data pipelines and front‑end components.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient Python code.
• Implement data storage and retrieval strategies and contribute to data platform architecture.
• Collaborate with Integration and Data Architects to align data models and system integration.
• Build robust APIs and services for AI/ML model deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend and/or AI/ML development.
• Strong expertise in Python, including core language and popular libraries.
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning and deployment.
• Experience developing cloud‑based AI solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and neural networks.
• Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling is a plus.
