About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic AEP Assistant to support our business development team. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. Fresh graduates with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Organize, update, and maintain both physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
- Prepare, format, and review contracts, reports, legal documents, and official correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage emails and phone calls.
- Conduct research, assist in proposal creation, and maintain client records.
- Ensure documents comply with company policies and handle sensitive information securely.
- Assist with general office tasks, coordinate with other departments, and support special projects.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Business Development Specialist.
Required profile
- College graduate or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent and readable penmanship.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete complex paperwork accurately.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
