Accounting Graduate Associate Program

About the role

SGV is seeking recent accounting graduates to join its Associate Program. You will work across assurance, tax, strategy & transactions, and consulting services, gaining hands‑on experience in a flexible, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support audit, tax, and advisory engagements for diverse clients.
• Participate in fieldwork and on‑site client visits as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while also handling independent tasks.
• Apply accounting knowledge to real‑world business challenges.

Required profile

• Graduates of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Internal Audit, or Accounting Technology/Information Systems.
• Willingness to learn, work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated integrity, leadership, and teamwork.
• Readiness to undertake fieldwork when needed.
