YouTube Designer & Channel Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a creative and highly organized YouTube Designer & Channel Assistant to become the visual and operational backbone of a growing gaming‑focused YouTube channel. This part‑time role blends high‑impact graphic design with day‑to‑day channel administration.

Key responsibilities

• Design scroll‑stopping thumbnails that boost click‑through rates and adapt to trending gaming topics.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity by creating banners, avatars, stream overlays, and social media templates.
• Manage the full upload workflow: titles, descriptions, tags, metadata, end screens, scheduling, and content library organization.
• Monitor and respond to channel email inbox, filter opportunities, and provide professional administrative support.
• Assist with short‑form content creation, highlight reels, clip compilation, and minor video adjustments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with YouTube operations and/or thumbnail design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails, gaming graphics, or high‑impact social media visuals.
• Instinct for what drives clicks—expertise in contrast, focal points, and expression placement.
• Hands‑on experience with DaVinci Resolve for video asset handling.
• Excellent written and spoken English for business correspondence.
• High administrative discipline; no sloppy metadata or missed emails.

What we offer

• Part‑time (20 hours/week) fully remote position.
