Workplace Supervisor – Facilities & Safety

About the role

The Workplace Supervisor ensures efficient day‑to‑day operations, safety and security across the site in Bacolod. This role combines facilities management, health‑and‑safety oversight and team leadership to create a pleasant environment for customers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily workplace activities, resolve issues promptly and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Assist the site in project management, cost optimisation, contracts management and business expansion plans.
• Develop and communicate best‑practice workplace procedures, risk‑management and disaster‑recovery policies.
• Coordinate with contractors (housekeeping, security, vendors) to ensure standards and asset protection.
• Organise fire drills, first‑aid training and ensure compliance with health, safety and building regulations.
• Manage the workplace budget, contribute to annual business plans and monitor PEZA and other regulatory filings.
• Recruit, motivate and develop direct reports, fostering performance aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Site Director and HR to propose and manage facilities contracts.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant facilities/administration qualification.
• Proven workplace management experience; retail experience is a plus.
• Relevant health‑and‑safety certifications.
• Strong customer service orientation and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts in Bacolod.
