Program Manager – Vulnerability Management

About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager to support the delivery of vulnerability management programs for NCC Group's clients in Manila. You will work closely with Senior Program Managers and technical delivery teams to coordinate security engagements, manage project plans and ensure milestones are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of vulnerability management and cybersecurity programs, maintaining project plans, action logs and RAID logs.
• Schedule, facilitate and document client and internal meetings, ensuring clear communication of agendas, minutes and action items.
• Maintain program governance artifacts such as status reports, dashboards and executive updates.
• Identify and address operational blockers, driving process improvements and efficiency across workstreams.
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the Program Management team.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in project, program or portfolio management within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives with shared objectives and dependencies.
• Strong client‑facing experience, engaging senior and executive stakeholders.
• Financial and commercial acumen at a program or portfolio level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree a plus.

Required skills

• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP or equivalent.
