Workforce Management Associate

About the role

As a Workforce Management Associate in PwC's Acceleration Center, you will support the staffing and deployment function across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. You will work in a fast‑paced, remote environment, helping to place the right talent in the right place at the right time while developing your own professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage work requests to secure resourceful staffing for service delivery teams.
• Support various Acceleration Center services by providing staffing solutions that enhance quality and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams to balance career goals, project needs and resource availability.
• Contribute to workforce‑management projects while learning the processes and tools used by the Resource and Deployment team.
