Webflow and WordPress Developer (Remote, Philippines-based)

About the role

Hunt St, which helps Australian companies hire remote talent in the Philippines, is recruiting a Webflow and WordPress developer for a boutique Australian marketing consultancy that works with healthcare professionals. The role is 100% remote, paid $2,500-$3,000 AUD per month under an independent contractor agreement, and is expected to align with Australian business hours (about 9 AM-5 PM, Monday to Friday) while allowing flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain websites primarily with Webflow and WordPress, with a strong focus on Webflow.
• Write clean, efficient code with minimal scripts, elements and bloat.
• Make sites fast, responsive and optimised for all devices.
• Apply SEO-friendly practices such as clean structure, semantic HTML and crawlable page architecture.
• Design pages and structures that are easy for marketers to edit, optimise and scale.
• Fix technical issues affecting speed, structure, SEO and functionality.
• Work with marketing teams on SEO, paid media, analytics and conversion goals.
• Run quality checks before launch and keep attention to detail on layout, responsiveness and implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing websites with Webflow and WordPress; strong Webflow experience is essential.
• Ability to build fast-loading sites without technical bloat.
• Strong understanding of website performance, Core Web Vitals and page-speed optimisation.
• Attention to detail and a quality-control mindset.
• Able to work independently, troubleshoot and make sound technical decisions.
