Web Developer – Build Custom Platforms for Leading Brands

About the role

As a Web Developer at SVEN – The Digital 1st Agency, you will create refreshing digital experiences for well‑known brands. You will work closely with UX designers, product owners and managers to deliver responsive, secure, and high‑performing web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Build custom platforms for large, well‑known brands alongside cross‑functional teams.
• Implement responsive web applications based on design specifications and project scope.
• Maintain and continuously update long‑running applications to meet the latest design, security, and technology standards.
• Contribute to technically complex projects involving AI, mapping services, and other advanced features.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong commitment to maintainable, performant, and secure coding practices.
• Proven debugging expertise and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with solid work ethic and clear communication abilities.

Required skills

• Programming languages: PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Sass, Less, Python, Rust.
• Frameworks/Libraries: Laravel, Vue 2, Vue 3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, ReactJS, WordPress, Drupal, Shopify.
• Front‑end development, automated unit testing, web security, REST APIs.
• Version control with Git, command‑line proficiency.
• Database design for SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Optional: Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Microsoft Azure), CI/CD, Agile frameworks, authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC), WebRTC/WSS.
