About the role

Phirst Park Homes is seeking a Warranty Officer to lead the warranty phase of its housing projects. The role ensures that newly completed units are handed over on schedule and meet the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all activities related to the warranty phase of residential projects.
• Coordinate with construction, sales and after‑sales teams to guarantee timely handover of housing units.
• Monitor warranty claims, verify compliance with specifications, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate warranty documentation and reporting.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure units meet established standards.

Required profile

• Experience in warranty management or post‑construction activities within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records.
