Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound flows, accurate pick‑and‑pack activities, and timely dispatches. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in monitoring receiving, pick‑and‑pack, and dispatch processes.
• Verify that all incoming stock matches reference documents and is in good condition.
• Plan and monitor pick activities based on order‑priority matrices.
• Ensure priority deliveries are dispatched on schedule, considering resource availability.
• Report operational status to the supervisor on an hourly basis.
• Delegate daily tasks to contractual personnel and train new hires.
• Maintain material handling equipment and uphold workplace cleanliness per GWP standards.
• Prepare periodic reports such as space utilization, daily dashboards, inbound receiving, pallet counts, and productivity metrics.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year business course.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.

Required skills

• Good Warehouse Practice.
• Warehouse Operations Knowledge.
• MHE System Application Usage.
