Warehouse Associate

About the role

DHL is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join its supply chain team. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring that items are picked, checked and dispatched accurately to meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and dispatch items to the appropriate forwarder, verifying quantities and correctness.
• Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies and participating in regular counts.
• Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to maintain quality standards.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to resolve picking issues and report equipment or safety concerns.
• Follow established picking procedures, maintain a clean work area, and dispose of waste properly.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of warehousing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.

Required skills

• Operation of material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack).
• Basic inventory counting and documentation.
• Quality inspection of items before shipment.
