Waiter – Full‑time position

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic waiter to join our team at Terrys’ Cebu branch. The successful candidate will provide attentive service, ensure food is served correctly and on time, and help create a welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Present menus, answer guest questions, and promote specials, desserts, wines, and beverages.
• Verify food accuracy before service and serve dishes in proper sequence.
• Engage with guests, solicit feedback, and promptly address inquiries, complaints, or special requests.
• Prepare and set tables, mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks to standard recipes, and handle billing accurately.
• Maintain a clean dining area, including tables, chairs, toilets, and service stations.
• Manage reservation books, respond to reservation inquiries, and communicate updates to relevant departments.
• Conduct inventory of glassware, chinaware, and silverware, and report any damages or shortages.
• Ensure uniform is clean, ironed, and properly worn during shifts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
• Available to work at Terrys – Cebu Branch and able to start immediately.
• Willingness to complete all required documentation and follow company policies.
