About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Volume Recruiter to join our team in Pasig, Philippines. In this on‑site position you will drive high‑volume hiring across multiple functions, ensuring we attract and secure top talent efficiently. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet volume hiring targets.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics, report on progress and continuously improve processes.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for matching candidates to the right roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
