Visual Designer – Remote Night Shift

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a creative Visual Designer to own the visual layer of its platform, website, and marketing assets. This remote, night‑shift position blends graphic, UI, animation, and video work, allowing you to shape the aesthetic and emotional direction of products and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply use and understand MicroSourcing’s applications to identify visual gaps and opportunities.
• Create tutorials, walkthroughs, and educational content in static, animated, and video formats.
• Generate a continuous stream of images, graphics, illustrations, UI mockups, and social media assets.
• Modify, improve, and maintain the company website, building new landing pages as needed.
• Define and execute the visual “vibe” for features, campaigns, and products.
• Produce motion, animation, and video assets that drive user engagement.
• Deliver design work quickly, without waiting for perfect briefs.

Required profile

• Comfortable working across images, websites, video, animation, and design systems without compartmentalising skills.
• Product‑mindset: can see why a feature matters visually.
• Ability to take direction and critique independently, and to push back with reasoned arguments.
• Resourceful and adaptable in a scrappy, fast‑changing environment.
• Opinionated about design yet humble in execution.
