Virtual Nurse – Remote Health Assessments (Hybrid)

About the role

Join ConnectOS as a Virtual Nurse and provide remote health assessments for a diverse client base, primarily serving Arabic‑speaking customers. You will work Monday to Friday, 06:00‑15:00 PHT, in a hybrid setting that blends home‑based calls with occasional office coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 14‑15 inbound and outbound calls daily to gather medical history, diagnosis updates, functional status, and support system information.
• Accurately document all client information for review by nursing staff.
• Communicate schedule and operational needs with the rostering team.
• Maintain compliance with privacy and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Valid nursing degree (Australian registration not required).
• Fluency in Arabic – essential for serving 50‑60% of the clientele.
• Experience with telehealth or call‑center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• No prior scheduling experience needed.
