Junior Pharmacist

About the role

The Junior Pharmacist will support the e‑commerce pharmacy operations of Xpress Path Inc., handling pharmaceutical and cosmetic products for online distribution. This entry‑level position assists in ensuring safe dispensing, accurate inventory, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing, handling and dispensing pharmaceuticals according to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Support prescription review for accuracy, correct dosages, drug interactions and proper usage.
• Report adverse drug reactions or product quality concerns to senior pharmacists or authorities.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain proper storage conditions, and coordinate with the Demand Planner.
• Maintain records of drug movements, batch numbers and expiration dates.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and PRC regulations, including renewal of the License to Operate and other permits.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams and customer service to address medication‑related inquiries.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a pharmacy background or relevant education.
• Familiarity with FDA and PRC regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
